Suite

Large, bright and beautifully furnished, our suites are divided into two parts: intimate living rooms that open onto romantic double bedrooms. Wooden ceilings with exposed beams, polychrome cement and the soft colours of fabrics and furnishings help create an elegant and timeless atmosphere. They are ideal for a romantic getaway full of charm and beauty. One of them, located on the second floor, offers the possibility of accommodating two more people thanks to the presence of a double sofa bed. The other two suites on the first and third floor can accommodate a maximum of two people. It is possible in case of need to attach a cradle or set pet.

Suite Superior

The Superior Suite stands out for the reception and functionality of the spaces. There is a table at the entrance, ideal for room service. The suite then has a living area furnished to offer an environment of relaxation and comfort, enriched by a well-stocked bookshop with volumes and magazines. Upon request, the living room can be made independent thanks to a door that separates it from both the entrance and the master bedroom, thus transforming into a second room. This feature makes the suite particularly suitable for families or couples of friends.

Deluxe

Refined bright romantic rooms. Located on the second and third floors of the structure. The rooms are warm and welcoming: soft colors blend the wood of the furnishings and fabrics, giving guests an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The room consists of a sleeping area and bathroom.

Works by contemporary Sicilian artists

they inhabit the rooms of the abode strengthening the continuous coexistence between past and present to convey to the guests the feeling of “feeling at home”. The renovation of the residence was carried out in complete respect of the original layout, maintaining the characteristics of its architecture intact. The conservative restoration brought to light the original wooden beam ceilings and the staircase in Nerello, a local stone typical of Custonaci.
The polychrome cementines were decommissioned by the same residence and reassembled, those characterize the rooms of the residence.

Dimora Botteghelle has 3 Suites, 1 Superior Suite, 2 Superior Deluxe and 2 Deluxe rooms. The property does not have a lift.

RATES

We reserve the right to make partial or total changes to the above rates (at certain times of the year: Epiphany, Good Friday, Easter, August, Christmas, New Year). Rates are per room and per night and include breakfast, daily cleaning, and linen changes every 3-4 days. Tourist tax excluded.
Extra bed: 50 euros per day.*
If confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the entire reservation will be required.
Additional crib* €15.00 per day.
Animal €15.00. It is possible to accommodate small and medium-sized dogs in Suites and Deluxe Superiors.
The deposit or balance is refundable up to 5 days before arrival unless you have selected the “non-refundable” rate.

We are committed to reducing waste by preventing unnecessary consumption and practicing recycling. For water and other beverages, we choose glass to significantly reduce plastic use. Hot water is produced through solar panels. We use energy-efficient light bulbs..
